Membership


The members of the Algerian Ceramic Society consist of individual and legal members. Any natural person who agrees to the Charter of the Society and pays the annual membership fee can be a member of the Society.

By paying the membership fee, the members of The Algerian Ceramic Society support the following—public benefit—activities of the Society:




1. Facilitating connections among stakeholders in the field of ceramics and materials science, including students, professors, researchers, engineers, industry professionals, and technicians, whether they work in universities, research centers, or economic and industrial institutions.


2. Contributing to the development of a national research roadmap specifically for ceramics and materials science in general.


3. Providing national and international visibility and awareness of research related to ceramics and materials science in Algeria.


4. Organizing conferences, seminars, lectures, and workshops that focus on materials science and ceramics, while creating an environment for learning and scientific exchange.


5. Collaborating in the dissemination of research in the field of ceramics and materials science.


6. Contributing to the organization of research in ceramics and materials science by establishing an electronic profile system for researchers in this field.


7. Striving to assist researchers in the field of ceramics and materials science in obtaining funding for their research, projects, and scientific activities, in coordination with relevant authorities.


8. Creating national scientific and technical content related to ceramics and materials science, enabling startups and organizations to benefit from this content in developing production methods.


9. Facilitating mobility for researchers by assisting them in obtaining internships and participating in various national and international scientific events, in coordination with relevant authorities.


10. Establishing partnerships with national and international associations and organizations that share common goals, while respecting applicable laws and regulations in this regard.


11. Seeking to establish collaborative relationships among universities, research centers, and national and international economic institutions.


12. Establishing a specialized scientific journal in the field of ceramics and materials science.


13. Encouraging students and researchers to develop the field of ceramics and materials science and promote the transfer of relevant technologies.
